The Wayfarer SLO, a Tapestry Collection by Hilton, is searching for a driven and experienced Director of Sales to join the team! The Director of Sales is responsible for the direct sales efforts of all segments including banquet and catering. Directs and leads the sales team to implement specific sales strategies and tactical plans that generate revenue for the hotel while emphasizing profitability and market share growth.
Serves as the ambassador to the area for the hotel and ensure that revenue budgets as well as productivity goals are achieved or exceeded.
