Job description

The company helps clients accelerate their digital transformation through a broad portfolio that includes consulting, application services, digital engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, platforms, and infrastructure services We are looking for a Business Partner / Portfolio Manager to act as the bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring strategic alignment and effective collaboration across multiple departments.

This is a highly visible role that requires strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to engage with various business areas, including Marketing, Network, and other corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, understanding their needs and priorities. Manage and oversee a portfolio of initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Act as the main point of contact between business and technical teams. Collaborate with multiple departments, including Marketing, Network, IT, and other business areas.

Support decision-making processes by providing business and portfolio insights. Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and priorities across the portfolio. Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams. Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities to enhance business processes.

Requirements

Proven experience in a Business Partner, Portfolio Manager, Project Manager, or similar role. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences. Experience working with multiple business functions in a complex organizational environment.

Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills. Basic technical knowledge and understanding of IT concepts, enabling effective interaction with technical teams.

Nice to Have

Experience in portfolio management, governance, or strategic planning. Knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks. Experience working in large-scale or enterprise environments. Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at different levels of the organization. Availability to travel within Portugal when required; Availability for occasional international travel; Experience in multicultural and international environments is considered a plus.
