City Manager - Sales & Operations

About Us

At Splend, we're on a mission to fundamentally change the way people own and operate a vehicle. With a strategic focus on rideshare, we provide our customers with straightforward, no-strings-attached access to vehicle ownership. But we aren't just about vehicle ownership. We're also fast-tracking the transition to green mobility, leading the way globally in reducing the carbon footprint of the transportation sector by transitioning our fleet to electric vehicles.

You'll be excited to work in this role if... You want a hands on role growing Splend's presence in Perth - including selling to and onboarding new customers, not just overseeing the numbers. You are passionate about customer service, retention and operational efficiency. You thrive juggling multiple priorities at once, without losing sight of the details that keep a state running smoothly.

About the role

As City Manager, you'll run the day to day operations of Splend's Hub in Perth. You'll be hands on in driving new business yourself, not just managing a team that does. You will lead a small team including a Vehicle Logistics Specialist and have dotted line management for our Hub Sales Consultant. You'll manage the fleet, oversee the full customer journey (from onboarding through to exchanges and terminations), and keep vehicles moving and effectively utilised across the state.

This role has a direct impact on the growth of our Perth hub, developing your team and creating an environment where they can do their best work.
