Director, Construction Services, West Texas

Halff is seeking an experienced Construction Services/CEI Professional to lead and grow our Construction Services practice in the Austin, TX and Midland, TX locations. This strategic leadership role is ideal for a professional with a proven track record of delivering and managing complex projects for DOT and/or municipal entities while building and maintaining strong municipal client relationships throughout Central Texas.

The ideal candidate would bring at least 10 years of experience managing inspection and testing teams, managing projects or coordinating tasks of moderate size and complexity, making decisions independently and resolving complex problems. Bachelor's degree or master’s degree in civil engineering or ABET accredited equivalent engineering degree.
