Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Design, write, and modify automation logic using Ladder Logic, SCL (for mathematical calculations), STL, and FBD. System Commissioning & Integration: Execute end-to-end commissioning of PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems for industrial machinery, material handling equipment, and process plants. VFD & Drive Configuration: Configure, test, and commission Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and specialized industrial braking systems.

Remote Support & Troubleshooting: Provide remote or on-site troubleshooting, diagnostic testing, and software modifications for active industrial installations. Documentation & Collaboration: Maintain project records, ensure seamless communication protocols (such as Profibus), and coordinate with cross-functional teams for successful project handover.

Required Qualifications & Experience Education: B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering, or Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering (or related field). Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on industrial automation experience involving PLC and SCADA development. Certifications: Specialized training or Master Certification in Automation & Process Control.

Technical Competencies & Software Skills PLC Hardware & Software: Siemens S7-1200, S7-1500, S7-300, S7-200 Smart, and Rockwell L75. Proficiency in TIA Portal (V13 to V20) , STEP 7, and MicroWIN Smart. HMI / SCADA: Siemens WinCC (Professional & Explorer), KTP Series HMIs (KTP400, KTP700, KTP1200). Drives & Communication: Experience with various VFDs (Siemens G120, M750, NE300/200, Mentor MP) and Profibus communication protocols.
