• Houston, TX, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Travel Percentage: None, Job Shift: Day, Position Overview Prepare vacant apartments for move-in by completing repairs and ensuring units are ready for new residents.

Key Responsibilities

Repair and replace kitchen appliances and garbage disposals. Perform minor plumbing repairs and repair or replace bathroom fixtures. Repair and replace bathroom vents, light fixtures, switches, ceiling fans, and outlets. Rekey locks and repair or replace door hardware. Complete assigned make-ready work to prepare apartments for occupancy.

: Multifamily make-ready experience required. Thorough knowledge of the repairs and replacements listed above. Must provide personal hand tools. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid Texas driver’s license or Texas identification card.
