What You'll Do

Welcome guests with friendly, enthusiastic service. Prepare and serve high-quality sandwiches and menu items according to Firehouse Subs standards. Accurately take customer orders and operate the point-of-sale system. Keep the restaurant clean, organized, and fully stocked. Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.

Work together with teammates to ensure fast, accurate service. Assist with opening, closing, and daily restaurant operations.

What We're Looking For

Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Friendly personality with excellent customer service skills. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Willingness to learn and follow established procedures. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds. Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required—we provide training.
