Job Location: Hirwaun CF Employment Type: Full-time 37.5 hours per week Base Salary: £12.91 per hour / £26,852.80 starting Essentials: The ability to drive is essential for this post. Basic maintenance and repair skills (e.g., plumbing, painting, joinery). A strong awareness of health and safety regulations (e.g., COSHH, fire safety) will be needed for this role.

Effective communication and time management skills and a proactive and problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

NVQ Level 2 in Maintenance or equivalent is desirable and a full clean licence.
