Marketing Operations Specialist

The Marketing Operations Specialist supports the systems, data, reporting, automation, and processes used by the Marketing and Sales teams. This role helps administer Salesforce, Hub. Spot, and related platforms; maintains data quality; develops reporting; supports campaign operations; and improves workflows across the revenue process. The position works with multiple stakeholders to troubleshoot system issues, document processes, support users, and implement practical technology and automation solutions that improve efficiency, visibility, and execution.
