Housekeeping Manager

The Milwaukee Marriott Downtown is looking to add a Housekeeping Manager to the team.

Compensation

for this role is between $55,000 - $60,000 depending on experience. We are looking for a strong, goal driven leader with a high level of communication who is excited to lead a productive team. White Lodging develops and operates a portfolio of award-winning, premium-brand hotels, rooftop bars and restaurants in some of the country’s best cities to live.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• The Housekeeping Manager will oversee the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments
• Ensure compliance with processes and procedures for cleanliness, safety and guest satisfaction
• Ensures property guestrooms, public space and employee areas are clean and well maintained
• Execute leadership tasks such as financials, payroll, scheduling, etc.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• A passion for service with a positive, can-do attitude
• An interest in training and developing future housekeeping leaders
• Excellent communication, listening skills, and a great eye for detail
• The desire to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to any situation
• Ability to creatively problem solve and deliver results
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is required and experience with the specific brand hotel or upscale property is an added plus Other information:
