Digital Engagement Specialist

Are you passionate about digital marketing, customer engagement, and creating meaningful online experiences? Green. Stone is looking for a Digital Engagement Specialist to lead and enhance our digital engagement efforts across social media, email, website, and other customer-facing channels. In this role, you'll combine creativity, analytics, and strategy to strengthen customer relationships, drive engagement, and support business growth.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute digital engagement strategies that increase customer engagement and brand awareness. Manage and optimize customer journeys across digital channels. Use data and analytics to evaluate campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Create and coordinate engaging digital content that aligns with Green.

Stone's brand and business goals. Partner with teams across the organization to support marketing, communications, public relations, and business initiatives. Stay current on emerging digital trends, tools, and best practices.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, Analytics, Data Science, Public Relations, or a related field. Two or more years of experience leading digital engagement initiatives across social media, email, websites, or similar channels. Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.

Ability to analyze data and use insights to improve results. Experience with marketing technology, website platforms, or digital engagement tools is required. What Sets You Apart Experience with Salesforce Agentforce (Marketing Cloud), WordPress, Hootsuite, or similar platforms. A customer-focused mindset and passion for creating engaging digital experiences.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Curiosity, creativity, and a continuous improvement mindset.
