Tech Septic Solutions Location: Rochester, WA Position Type: Full-Time Pay Range: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour (Depending on experience) Position Summary: Enviro. Tech Septic Solutions is seeking a skilled and reliable Dump Truck Operator with a valid CDL A who can also support our Septic Installation team with labor duties. This role requires top-notch equipment operation skills, the ability to perform physically demanding work, and the flexibility to work at both residential and some commercial locations. You’ll be working outdoors in all weather conditions and must prioritize safety, teamwork, and precision.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate dump trucks to transport materials to and from various job sites Conduct daily pre- and post-trip inspections and perform basic maintenance Assist with septic system installation tasks: digging, trenching, pipe-laying, and site cleanup Operate small tools and other machinery as needed Maintain clean and organized work areas Perform physical labor outdoors in all weather conditions Work collaboratively with the team to ensure timely project completion Follow safety regulations and company procedures at all times Position Requirements: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Current Medical Examiner’s Certificate Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Must meet company insurance eligibility requirements Must have a clear FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse record Ability to pass a background check (as permitted by law) Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screening (as permitted by law) Minimum of 3 years of verifiable driving experience with a valid driver’s license (permit-only driving experience does not qualify) Prior experience operating dump trucks and construction equipment required Ability to safely operate manual transmission vehicles (10+ speed) Strong driving and equipment operation skills with a demonstrated focus on safety and accuracy Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
