Electronics Technician III

Job Title: Electronics Technician III Job Category: Service Contract Act Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Continental US * * * The Opportunity: Work with a motivated team to coordinate the maintenance, integration and production of systems in support of our Armed Forces.

Be able to lift 40 lbs. unassisted. Frequently requires the ability to perform tasks alone, maintain established procedures and standards, and verbally and in writing communicate.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance, integration and testing of SATCOM equipment. Open work orders and coordinate the return (RMA) of systems and/or equipment requiring Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) repair, and/or local vendor replacement.

Qualifications

Required: High School Diploma or GED. Formal electronics training from: Technical School, or Class A or B military school in electronics or communication, or four (4) year electronics apprentice program. Formal electronics training, to include: Installation tasks, soldering, cable dressing, cable tray, conduit and making/repairing connectors.

Active Secret Clearance Desired: Previous SATCOM, software imaging/configuration and networking experience, Security +, skill with MS Outlook/Word/Project/Visio/Powerpoint, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment within a mandatory schedule.

Pay Range

This posting is for a position covered by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCA). The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACI’s government contract for the work location.

​ Minimum Required Hourly Wage: $30.39 There are a host of other factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographical location, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
