About the Role

As a Licensed Practical Floor Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide caring and skilled support to our family of residents.

Responsibilities include

Assessing residents and identifying their healthcare needs

Providing nursing care and treatment in accordance with established plans of care

Monitoring and evaluating residents' conditions and responses to treatment

Supporting residents with compassion, dignity, and respect

Collaborating with residents, families, and members of the healthcare team

Maintaining compliance with applicable state and federal healthcare regulations

Providing excellent customer service and creating a positive experience for residents and their families

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Current, active, and unrestricted LPN or RN license in good standing with the Virginia State Board of Nursing

1-3 years of nursing experience preferred

Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, or Long-Term Care environment preferred

Experience working with the geriatric population is a plus

Knowledge of applicable state and federal healthcare regulations

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing high-quality resident care
