Manager - Showroom

Department / Plant Retail & Export Section Common Position Grade 14 Last Update 15th June 2025 ISO Number S-BSA-06-09 Job Purpose To manage the overall operations, sales performance, and customer experience of the showroom, ensuring brand standards, team productivity, and business targets are consistently achieved.

Job Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations to ensure a clean, organized, and customer-ready showroom environment. Sales Target Achievement: Drive sales performance for assigned targets, monitoring progress, and motivating the team. Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service and handle escalated customer issues professionally.

Visual Merchandising: Ensure product displays, layouts and updated price tags and align with brand guidelines and seasonal promotions. Inventory Oversight: Monitor stock availability, coordinate with supply chain teams, to sell available stock. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports for management.

Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality and product offerings. Commitment to administrative guidance: Adherence to management instruction related to business needs.

Education

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Management or relevant field Experience Minimum five years of experience in showroom management. Language Fluency in Arabic and English.
