Ongoing John Deere Factory Training Competitive pay and advancement opportunities Generous Paid Time Off Modern, fully equipped service vehicles Complete uniform program with laundering & repair service Annual shoe allowance Annual tool allowance Comprehensive benefits package Stable career with a growing industry leader 🛠️ WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING As a Service Technician, you’ll be the expert our customers rely on to keep their heavy equipment running strong.Your responsibilities may include: Performing preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and major repairs on heavy construction and forestry equipment Using strong diagnostic and mechanical troubleshooting skills Applying root cause analysis to solve complex problems Working with the Service Advisor and Service Manager to provide accurate machine information, including: Make, model, and serial number Parts, tools, and supplies used Identification of additional repairs needed You’ll play a critical role in keeping our customers productive and their equipment operating at peak performance. ✅ WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE: Experience & Technical Skills ✔️ 3–5 years of experience as a heavy equipment technician or mechanic ✔️ Proven ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment such as John Deere, Caterpillar, Komatsu, Case CE, and more ✔️ Strong knowledge of engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems ✔️ Ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic diagrams ✔️ Solid mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability ✔️ Must possess basic tools of the trade Additional Requirements: Comfortable using laptop computers and basic software applications Strong communication skills Ability to work flexible hours when needed Willingness to work in various environmental conditions Ability to solve problems independently with little supervision Clean Motor Vehicle Record 🚀 READY TO JOIN THE FIVE STAR TEAM?
