What We Offer
You Comprehensive Support System Dedicated medical biller to manage insurance coordination, payment collection, and claims submission Full intake department to handle calls, scheduling, and paperwork collection Individual consultation access with our Clinical Director Clinical supervision with approved supervisors for licensure hours Monthly peer group case consultations for collaborative learning Monthly educational opportunities and CEU events Competitive Compensation & Benefits Compensation: This is a fee for service role, where therapists earn a percentage of collected session revenue.
Master’s level and pre-licensed clinicians: 40–49% , typically $50–$61 per session Fully licensed clinicians: 50%+ , typically $63+ per session (depending on insurance or private pay rates) Contributions toward group healthcare plan premiums 401(k) with company matching Flexible vacation policy with PTO accrual Paid orientation and no-show protection Twice-monthly pay for consistent cash flow Professional Growth & Flexibility Exposure to diverse treatment modalities to expand your skills Marketing support including Psychology Today profile, business cards, and blog-writing opportunities Comfortable, well-decorated office spaces Flexible scheduling (some weekends required) Supportive, collaborative team culture Opportunities for both independent and team-based work The Role We’re seeking a passionate therapist eager to grow their expertise with specific client populations while being part of a warm, collaborative team.
You’ll conduct diagnostic assessments, formulate DSM-5 diagnoses, complete treatment plans, and provide 1:1 therapy sessions using evidence-based clinical interventions. Credentials & Experience Current Illinois license: PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, LCPC, LSW, LPC, AMFT, MEd, or MA Experience with individual therapy and clinical interventions Availability for evenings and weekends (minimum 1 year) Proficiency with Google Docs & Therapy.
