As an SAP TM Transit Warehousing Specialist, you will lead the configuration, implementation, and support of complex TM and EWM integration scenarios, enabling transportation visibility, warehouse execution, yard operations, and advanced shipping processes. Our Core Values: Integrity | Excellence | Patriotism Position Summary C5T is seeking an SAP TM Transit Warehousing Specialist to lead end-to-end configuration and support of SAP TM Transit Warehousing integrated with SAP EWM. The successful candidate will configure freight order to delivery item mapping, manage inbound and outbound transportation execution, administer TM Fiori apps, manage Advanced Shipping and Receiving, and configure yard and transportation unit operations.

The role includes integration profile configuration, complex shipper scenarios, stakeholder guidance on S/4HANA TM capability tiers, transition support, federal compliance, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end configuration and support for SAP TM Transit Warehousing, integrating TM Freight Order Management with EWM Transit Warehousing from transportation planning through consignee delivery. Configure and maintain the mapping between TM freight orders and EWM delivery item types (/SCWM/V_TWITMMAP), including order types, categories, and warehouse request item types.

Transportation execution: Manage inbound and outbound execution, including freight unit creation, planning, freight order creation, load plans, Loading Appointment Request and Notification (LDAP) handling, and execution status management. SAP Fiori TM applications: Configure and administer TM Fiori apps, including Display Order-Based Transportation Requirement (/SCMTMS/TREQ_ORDB) and Display Delivery-Based Transportation Requirement (/SCMTMS/TREQ_DELB).

Manage target mappings, business catalogs (SAP_TM_BC_LGINT), technical catalogs (SAP_TC_TM_BE_APPS), and business roles (SAP_BR_TRANSPORTATION_MANAGER). Advanced Shipping and Receiving, yard, and transportation units: Manage Advanced Shipping and Receiving, including truck check-in, warehouse coordination, and multi-warehouse handling within a single freight order, integrated across TM, EWM, STRM, MM-IM, and LE with EDIFACT messaging.

Configure yard operations, including transportation unit and vehicle master data, arrival and departure points, and single and multi-unit vehicle representations. Integration profile and process governance: Configure the EWM Integration Profile, including automatic instruction sending, loading and unloading guidance, and delta handling.

Document and manage known TM and EWM integration limitations, such as multi-delivery restrictions, serial numbers, compartments, container units, and outbound delivery constraints. Shipper scenarios, guidance, and issue resolution: Support delivery splits, batch handling and splits, reallocating deliveries between EWM transportation units, carrier determination, and TM change request processing.

Advise stakeholders on S/4HANA TM capability tiers and support transitions from LE-TRA to S/4HANA TM. Troubleshoot LDAP failures, freight order execution status errors, transportation unit cancellations, and transportation requirement update failures, following SAP support case best practices. Support federal compliance, configuration management, and change control.

Required Qualifications U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance. Five or more years of SAP TM experience, including three or more years dedicated to SAP TM Transit Warehousing and TM and EWM integration. Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition and SAP Fiori, including TM Fiori app configuration. Strong proficiency in Transit Warehousing configuration, including freight order types, EWM document types, and item types.

Proficiency in TM and EWM integration, including LDAP processing, freight order execution, transportation unit management, and EWM Integration Profile configuration. Experience with TM Fiori apps, business catalogs, and business roles, including /SCMTMS/TREQ_ORDB, /SCMTMS/TREQ_DELB, SAP_TM_BC_LGINT, and SAP_BR_TRANSPORTATION_MANAGER.

Advanced knowledge of shipping and receiving processes and integration across TM, EWM, STRM, MM-IM, and LE. Understanding of SAP TM capability tiers and Freight and Warehouse Management component behavior. Desired Qualifications Experience supporting federal agencies, defense programs, or government contracting environments.

Familiarity with SAP EWM yard management, transportation unit configuration, and vehicle hierarchy setup. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for client-facing government work.
