e are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience in business analysis, stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and solution delivery. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are effectively translated into scalable and practical solutions.

The candidate should possess strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments across large-scale transformation programs. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, challenges, and requirements. Lead requirement elicitation workshops, stakeholder interviews, and business process assessments.

Document and manage Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS), User Stories, and Use Cases. Analyze existing business processes and identify optimization opportunities. Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, Architects, Developers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Facilitate requirement prioritization, impact analysis, and change management activities. Create process maps, workflow diagrams, and business models using industry-standard tools. Support Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives. Ensure requirements traceability from business need through implementation and testing.

Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and solution validation. Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, and business insights for senior leadership. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and recommend innovative solutions aligned with business goals.

Required Skills

& Qualifications Must-Have Skills 10+ years of Business Analysis experience. Strong expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation. Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. Proficiency in creating User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, and Data Mapping documents. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience conducting workshops, requirement sessions, and solution discussions. Knowledge of SDLC and software delivery lifecycle. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Experience with tools such as: JIRA Confluence Azure DevOps MS Visio Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Skills Experience in Digital Transformation, Cloud, Data Analytics, or Enterprise Applications.

Exposure to SQL and data analysis. Experience in process improvement and business process re-engineering. Knowledge of UML, BPMN, and process modeling techniques. Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile BA, or Scrum certifications. Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

MBA or relevant professional certifications preferred.
