📍 Where You'll Be

Primary Location: Waterville, Maine (Kennebec County)

You will support individuals in a residential setting within the greater Waterville community.

👉 All mandatory trainings take place in Androscoggin County. 👉 Reliable transportation and willingness to travel are required.

This MHRT position offers a Thursday-Monday schedule, which means you'll enjoyTuesdays and Wednesdays off every week.

While everyone else is fighting weekend crowds, you'll be: ☕ Running errands in peace 🛒 Shopping when stores are quiet 🏕️ Enjoying attractions with fewer people 😌 Taking care of appointments without using vacation time

Plus, you'll have a consistent schedule you can count on.

🕒 Shift Availability

2nd Shift: evening hours, 3 pm to 11 pm

• Support adults with daily living and life skills

• Encourage community involvement

• Promote independence and personal growth

• Provide compassionate, person-centered care

No experience needed - all training provided.

✔️ Requirements

• 18 years or older

• High school diploma or GED

• Able to pass a criminal background check

• Must have a valid Maine driver's license & be insurable

• Must pass a satisfactory driving record check

• Must attend all mandatory trainings & staff meetings

• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel

• Compassionate, professional, and dependable attitude
