Outbound Sales Rep (Cold Caller) - Work from Home

The Outbound Sales Representative is responsible for initiating and nurturing relationships with small and mid-sized businesses across the United States, with the goal of driving qualified interest in DiscountMugs.com’s branded merchandise solutions. This role focuses on outbound outreach—phone calls, emails, and other prospecting activities—to targeted prospect lists, introducing our offerings and guiding potential customers into the sales pipeline.

The ideal candidate is a strong, persuasive communicator who is comfortable engaging new contacts, asking thoughtful questions, and positioning solutions rather than simply taking orders.
