Sr. Client Service Specialist - Second Shift, Monday to Friday, 1:00pm to 9:30pm

Essential Job Functions Responds to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions and client complaints. Records consistent problem areas Resolves issues with orders, delivery dates or service. Resolves the client's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting corrections or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

Education
