Relationship Manager - Retail Health

The Relationship Manager – Retail Health will be responsible for expanding and nurturing a network of retail health agents, delivering comprehensive product and compliance training, and ensuring the achievement of Gross Written Premium (GWP) and fiscal year budget goals. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver exceptional service and drive sustainable growth.

Recruit, onboard, and retain high‑performing retail health agents. Design and deliver product and compliance training programs. Lead agent workshops to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge. Monitor and drive Gross Written Premium (GWP) achievement against targets. Manage FY budget performance and report variances to senior leadership.

Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and stakeholders. Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights to agents. Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to agents. Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards. Prepare and present KPI and performance reports on a regular basis.

Minimum 3 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or agent development within the health insurance sector. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding GWP and budget objectives. Strong facilitation and training skills, with experience conducting workshops. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends. Knowledge of health insurance products and regulatory requirements. Proficiency with CRM and reporting tools. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare, or related field. Ability to travel regionally for agent events and partner meetings.
