Business Development Executive

Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive, you’ll work with our outreach and partnerships team to identify new opportunities, connect with potential clients, and contribute to our growth strategy. This is a perfect role for a fresher who wants to learn the fundamentals of business communication, client management, and sales development.

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify potential clients, partners, and leads. Reach out via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to introduce our services and generate interest. Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and reports. Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and client interactions. Follow up with prospects and coordinate meetings with senior team members.

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for campaign execution. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

Good communication skills – ability to speak clearly and confidently. Active listening – understanding client needs and responding thoughtfully. Basic computer knowledge – MS Office, Google Sheets, and email writing. Curiosity to learn – interest in understanding how businesses work. Positive attitude – open to feedback and continuous improvement.

Team player – willing to collaborate and support others. Time management – ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Self-motivated – takes initiative without waiting for instructions. Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Business, Marketing, Commerce, or similar preferred). (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply — training will be provided.)
