The manager implements marketing ideas to promote the business, encourages a high level of employee engagement, maintains revenue and expense budgets, and meets budgeted productivity while keeping quality and guest service consistently high. Additional responsibilities include: Ensure established sale targets and margins are obtained Explore opportunities to grow sales and increase margin Lead training and development of team members with the department Why it matters: Our team provides a range of products and services to support our member-owners.

Who you are

You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and: You have 3 - 6 years experience in a retail environment with at least 1 year of in a leadership role You have 2 – 5 years meat cutting experience. You’re experienced in leading a team with a focus on customer service. You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
