Pay: $74,526.00-$130,416.00/hour, DOE + Sign On Bonus and Relocation Assistance! Quality Analysis RN Opportunity: Full-time, permanent direct hire position! Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule (confirm specific hours with facility).

The Quality Analysis RN will collect, analyze, and interpret clinical data, perform medical chart reviews, and maintain quality dashboards to monitor hospital performance and patient outcomes. Partner with clinical leadership, IT, and department staff to support quality improvement initiatives, identify trends, and develop data-driven strategies to improve patient safety and care.

Manage regulatory quality reporting and assist with maintaining the OPPE process by tracking practitioner performance, monitoring compliance, and preparing reports for accreditation requirements. Quality Analysis RN Job Requirements: Current, active Wyoming Registered Nurse (RN) license required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Minimum of 4 years of hospital or clinical experience, with at least 1 year of healthcare data analysis experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, EMR systems, and clinical data reporting; experience with Epic reporting, Midas, SQL, and chart abstraction preferred. Strong understanding of healthcare quality metrics, patient safety, and regulatory requirements.

Must possess excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. CPHQ certification required within 24 months of hire.
