Buddy Brew Coffee is hiring Caf� Supervisors to lead new small-format caf� locations across Tampa Bay. This is a unique opportunity to step into a store leadership role and help launch an exciting new chapter of Buddy Brew. In these caf�s, you�ll be the primary leader�owning guest experience, shift execution, coffee quality, inventory, and team culture within a small, high-performing team.

What you�ll do: � Lead shifts with strong hospitality and operational efficiency � Coach and develop baristas in real time � Drive drink and food quality, speed, and cleanliness standards � Support staffing (call-outs, coverage) and basic operations (inventory, ordering) � Help keep your caf� running smoothly day-to-day What we�re looking for: � Experience as a Shift Lead, Supervisor, or similar leadership role in coffee or food service � Strong hospitality mindset and attention to detail � Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment and coach peers effectively � Reliable, organized, and calm under pressure Training includes: � Supervisor Academy at our Kennedy location � Hands-on training in high-performing caf�s � Final readiness evaluation before leading a store Compensation: � $18�$20/hour (based on experience) + tip share (floor hours) � Estimated total compensation ~$47K/year
