Job description
The Family Development Worker is responsible for supervising and counselling families on a family and on an individual basis. The Family Development Worker is responsible for overall case management and case coordination activities of their clients. Within the parameters of the program, the Family Development Worker may also be responsible for providing counselling services and competency skill development to all members of the family.
The Family Development worker is responsible for organizing and coordinating all general aspects of the position.
