Job description
This position is responsible for assisting cooks, sous chef, and chef in providing high quality food to residents and for ensuring that all dishes are clean according to ware washing procedures. In addition, the food services assistant is responsible for ensuring that the dining area tables and dining room is kept clean at all times.
The Food Services Assistant is responsible for ensuring that dish machine temperatures are recorded, and that the water is tested to ensure the concentration of cleaning solution is correct.
