Finance Manager

Job Summary

​ We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance & Accounts Manager to manage day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support budgeting and reporting activities. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting skills, a solid understanding of financial regulations, and experience with financial software and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

Handle accounts payable and receivable processes Maintain general ledger and ensure timely month-end and year-end close Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (e.g., tax filings, audits) Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors Monitor cash flow and support financial planning efforts Support implementation and improvement of financial systems and controls Requirements Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 7+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (preferably Zoho) Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Knowledge of local financial laws and regulatory requirements ​ Preferred Attributes: Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure High attention to detail and accuracy Experience with ERP implementation or process automation is a plus ​ Benefits Opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial, multi-disciplinary consultancy for top-notch clients, producing business-critical communication Best-in-class compensation structure with attractive, performance-linked variable pay and other benefits.
