RESPONSIBILITIES

Create a warm and welcoming first impression by greeting guests with genuine hospitality. Engage guests courteously while seating them efficiently and introducing them to their server Manage wait lists during high-volume periods, communicating accurate wait times and setting clear expectations. Support smooth dining room flow by coordinating seating and assisting with table maintenance as needed.

Maintain a clean, organized host stand and dining area, ensuring tables are ready for incoming guests Thank guests sincerely and warmly as they depart and invite them to return. Work collaboratively with the service and kitchen teams to support a seamless guest experience. Participate in ongoing training, read shift notes, attend meetings, and consistently uphold company policies and standards.

REQUIREMENTS

Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide proper documentation. Capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs., bend, climb, and reach overhead. Strong communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor.
