CARE Workforce Solutions Registered Nurse PRN (As-Needed) Healthcare Position CARE Workforce Solutions, LLC Position Overview PRN team members with CARE Workforce Solutions provide as-needed coverage for private medical, dental, and aesthetic practices. These roles support staffing flexibility, coverage during PTO, high-volume periods, or temporary vacancies.

PRN professionals are expected to be reliable, professional, and clinically competent, with the ability to integrate quickly into existing teams while upholding patient care standards and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Assess patient needs and provide nursing care within RN scope of practice. Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders and practice protocols. Monitor patient status, recognize changes, and communicate concerns to the treating provider. Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient responses.

Educate patients on treatments, medications, and follow-up care. Support clinical workflow, infection prevention, and patient safety.

Requirements

Active, unrestricted RN license valid in the state of assignment. Current CPR/BLS certification. Clinical experience relevant to the assigned specialty. Ability to meet applicable credentialing and onboarding requirements.
