Master the Grill: Prepare high-quality, flavorful dishes to perfection. Maintain Excellence: Ensure consistency and adherence to recipes and quality standards. Prep Leader : Lead all heavy prep needed for the day Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth operation. Hygiene Standards: Follow food safety and hygiene protocols diligently.
