Plumber (Live-In)

Description Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Live-In Plumber to join our Maintenance team here in New Windsor, NY. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation, safety, and reliability of our property infrastructure. Key Responsibilities

Assist with maintenance and repair of building systems, mainly plumbing. Fix plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and water pressure problems. Help perform routine preventive maintenance. Respond quickly to emergency maintenance calls. Follow construction inspection procedures and system design standards. Work well with team members and others.

Assist with basic electrical repairs like lighting, outlets, and circuit breakers (preferred). Specific Requirements: Must be available for on-call plumbing emergencies. Must have own plumbing tools. Able to troubleshoot and repair leaks, clogs, drains, fixtures, and water pressure issues. Experience with preventive maintenance and routine plumbing repairs.

Basic electrical knowledge (lighting, outlets, and breakers) is a plus. Good customer service and communication skills. Comfortable using a phone to receive and manage work orders. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Must follow all safety procedures. Able to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and frequently bend, kneel, and crouch.
