Cell Technician - Second Shift

Willingness to learn multiple manufacturing processes and work collaboratively – no experience necessary – we will train you. Our Cell Technicians receive cross-training across a variety of specialized equipment and processes, creating opportunities for long-term career growth.

What You'll Do

As part of our Lean manufacturing flow cell, you'll help produce aerospace components while developing skills in: Robotic Welding: Operate automated welding equipment and monitor process quality. EDM Machining: Operate specialized electrical discharge machining equipment. Precision Inspection: Use CMMs, Keyence measurement systems, micrometers, calipers, and gauges.

Bench Finishing: Perform precision deburring, edge finishing, and component preparation. Parts Washing: Operate cleaning equipment to prepare components for downstream processes. Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic troubleshooting, adjustments, and preventive maintenance. Lean Manufacturing: Support standard work, 5S, continuous improvement, and efficient production flow.

Required Qualifications Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using hand or power tools. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently on second shift.

Preferred Qualifications

Basic understanding of engineering drawings and precision measurement, or demonstrated ability to learn. Experience in manufacturing, machining, welding, inspection, maintenance, automotive, or related technical trades. Willing Familiarity with EDM, robotic welding, CMMs, Keyence inspection equipment, or precision finishing.
