Director of Med/Surg - RN Nurse Manager

Description Full-Time | Nursing Leadership We are seeking an experienced RN leader to oversee our Medical-Surgical department.

Responsibilities

Lead and support the nursing team and daily department operations. Ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. Manage staffing, scheduling, performance, and employee development. Oversee Swing Bed and rehabilitation patient care and discharge planning. Collaborate with physicians, therapy, case management, and ancillary departments.

Monitor quality, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and patient satisfaction. Manage departmental resources and support performance improvement initiatives. Requirements

Current RN license in the state of Oklahoma. Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience. Medical-Surgical experience preferred. Swing Bed, rehabilitation, or post-acute care experience preferred. BSN preferred.
