Brand Officer

Education

Graduate of Business Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related course.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a Product or Marketing role
• Experience coordinating and managing cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
• Experience in Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) planning and execution, including leading teams in large-scale, complex programs
• Experience in social media and influencer marketing, including deriving measurements for ROI
• Business finance skills and/or exposure
• Strong bias for action and results orientation
• Ability to analyze both qualitative and quantitative data
• Knowledge of the 4Ps, strategy formulation and planning, project management, market intelligence, product marketing, and go-to-market strategies
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, communication, presentation, negotiation, interpersonal, and creative problem-solving skills Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop and execute products, promotions, and campaigns that provide relevant consumer solutions.
• Create strategies around digital-first initiatives to drive brand perception, revenue, and consumer engagement.
• Shape brand strategy through user insights, market data, competitive research, and understanding of national, localized, and segment requirements.
• Collaborate with Product, GTM, and internal and external partners to align priorities and execute brand initiatives and best practices.
• Coordinate internal and external product and campaign launches.
