Equipment Construction Management Department FM Division Employment Type Full-time / Contract / Part-time *Seniors welcome Position 1 (Facility Management) Experienced professionals in building maintenance and facility management Position 2 (Construction Management) Experienced professionals in equipment construction management (Mechanical/Electrical) for new construction and renovation projects Work Location Tokyo metropolitan area, Kanto region Working Hours 9:00-18:00 (1-hour break) *Start and end times may vary depending on assignment location. *Depending on the site, a monthly variable working hour system (within 40 hours per week) may apply. *Night shift positions are available at some locations for those who prefer evening work. Required Skills
