BIM Coordinator – Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) Administrator

ABOUT THE ROLE

Citadel CPM is in search of an experienced BIM Coordinator/VDC Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the BIM Manager to implement BIM on projects.

ABOUT YOU

You are a BIM Coordinator/VDC Administrator with 1 or more years of professional project engineer, VDC coordinator or relevant experience. W ell-rounded experience with closeout processes, working with Design and Construction teams with working knowledge of Revit/Navisworks/AutoCAD/BlueBeam.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Blue. Beam Managing Blue. Beam studio session Provide Blue. Beam training General tech support Project. Wise Managing Project. Wise database Uploading/Downloading files as needed Managing users Provide Training Providing monthly reports General Tech support Research data as requested by District and PMO Review DSA/CD/AS-Built/Red line drawing sets for completeness.

QA/QC Review CAD/BIM As-Built drawings for compliance and completeness Review Drawing sets for completeness GIS Provide support as requested for ArcGIS Communication Direct communication via phone and emails with college teams to track down deliverables Reporting and tracking to PMO weekly. Travel Visit colleges as requested Interface with college teams BIM Provide supplemental modeling as requested by the CPT and PMO Revit BIM models as requested Lidar Provide support as requested Support Provide support to college teams/ district/ facilities in finding documents as requested.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 1 or more years of experience as a project engineer, VDC coordinator or relevant experience. Ability to present data to management in an organized manner. Exceptional communication skills required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work as part of a team. Ability to perform in a business environment, maintaining professionalism in all communications and demeanor.

EDUCATION

REQUIREMENTS B.S. in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Architectural Engineering or related field (Can be substituted with 8 years of experience). Base pay is only one component of Citadel’s total compensation packages for employees. The pay range for the BIM Coordinator/VDC Administrator position is $70,000 - $85,000 salary per year.
