Recruiting/Classification Specialist (RCS) – Senior Work Location: Washington, DC Employment Type: Full-Time, Senior-Level Department: Administrative and Logistics Support CGS is seeking a skilled Recruiting/Classification Specialist (RCS) – Senior to support mission-critical operations for a federal client. Skills and attributes for success: Manage recruiting lifecycle activities and ensure positions are classified according to federal standards.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders. Analyze operational challenges and recommend improvements. Develop documentation, reports, and deliverables supporting mission objectives . Support continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Minimum of Over 10 years of relevant experience. Active DoD Top Secret/SCI.
