Wound Nurse RN

Meadow Grove Transitional Care Center, a skilled nursing facility in Grove City , OH, is currently seeking a skilled and professional Full-Time Wound Nurse to join our dedicated leadership team. This position is responsible for the following: Ensure quality standards and proper treatment is provided to all residents regarding proper wound care.

Ensure that facility is maintaining appropriate wound care for all applicable residents. Monitor and educate clinical team on proper wound care Provide proper nursing care to all residents throughout the facility. The successful candidate will possess, at minimum, the following qualifications: Licensed LPN or RN in the State of Ohio.

RN preferred. 1+ years of experience as a Wound Nurse Wound Care Certified is preferred Point Click Care experience a plus We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and promote a drug-free workplace.
