As a Maintenance Mechanic

• Level 3 here at Solstice, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing our equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and safety. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and fixing mechanical issues, as well as performing preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and enhance the efficiency of our operations. Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, utilizing your expertise in mechanical systems to identify root causes and implement effective solutions Repair and replace faulty components and parts, ensuring proper functioning of equipment and systems Conduct regular inspections and tests to identify potential issues and address them proactively Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure timely resolution of issues Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections Adhere to safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others YOU MUST HAVE Minimum of 5+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues Experience with preventive maintenance programs WE VALUE Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Experience with industrial maintenance Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment
