As a Contracts Support Advisor, you'll handle key pre-delivery tasks such as pre-fit changes, call-offs, and delivery bookings for our Social Housing and Contract teams. You’ll also manage aftercare queries from internal and external contacts and support sub-contractor recruitment to grow our installation network.

Key responsibilities

Support the Contract Field Installation Managers, Social Housing and Contract Sales teams. Installer recruitment, management, and compliance Raising and processing PO’s and Invoices from subcontractors Administrative tasks relevant to the role To carry out pre-fit changes Identify opportunity for further growth within the Contract Operations team You must comply with all Health & Safety policies, procedures, and responsibilities outlined within the Integrated Management System This role is based at our Head Office in Barton-Upon-Humber About You Comfortable working in a challenging, dynamic and fast-paced environment Strong organisation skills and ability to self prioritise Strong communication skills both written and verbal Maintain high levels of attention to detail About The Company Wren Kitchens are not only passionate about kitchens, we are passionate about our people!
