3. Current Letters of Reference - two required for this position A negative TB Test and Live Scan are required. Online Coaching Certificates:
4. Heat Illness Prevention Course (completed each school year/season)
5. Concussion in Sports Course (completed each school year/season)
6. CPR/First Aid Certification (every 4 years)
7. Fundamentals of Coaching View Course (one-time requirement)
8. Sudden Cardiac Arrest View Course (completed each school year/season) Applicants must Clear DOJ & FBI Fingerprint Report, CIF State Mandated Coaches Training Certificate, Mandated Concussion Training, have a Current Negative TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray, First Aid/CPR Certification, Mandated Reporter Training , Sexual Harassment Prevention Training Certificate, Current DMV Printout and Authorization for Release of Record, prior to employment.Applicants must Clear DOJ & FBI Fingerprint Report, CIF State Mandated Coaches Training Certificate, Mandated Concussion Training, have a Current Negative TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray, First Aid/CPR Certification, Mandated Reporter Training , Sexual Harassment Prevention Training Certificate, Current DMV Printout and Authorization for Release of Record, prior to employment.
