Our ideal candidate would: Have 6 months to 1 year of experience in serving. Having multiple years of experience is not required but would be beneficial. Be over the age of 19. Have hospitality running through their veins. (Not literally; if you do, you might have to go check that out.) But seriously, we want someone who would enjoy talking to our friendly business clients, local regulars, and our out-of-town hotel guests while serving a pint or two. Be outgoing, confident, flexible, friendly, and able to prioritize tasks when needed. Holds a Serve It Right certificate. Open availability to work up to 4 shifts per week, primarily morning through afternoon shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
