WHAT YOU'LL OWN Full project lifecycle � planning, execution, client communication, financial performance Lead contract negotiations balancing client needs with firm goals Build and develop project teams; delegate to strengths and invest in growth Manage budgets, schedules, and project changes Drive client satisfaction and cultivate repeat business Participate in business development from your client base Coach and develop direct reports REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (or related field) Professional Engineer (PE) license � Colorado PE or ability to obtain within 6 months 10+ years progressive experience with senior project management leadership Proven track record with land development, public infrastructure, or renewable energy projects Intermediate to advanced AutoCAD Civil 3D & Microsoft Office skills Experience with project management software (Deltek, Ajera, or similar) Strong multi-project management and stakeholder communication Valid driver's license, clean record Preferred: Team leadership experience, Colorado client relationships, contract negotiation background YOU'LL THRIVE AT CORE IF YOU...
