Cyber Resilience Officer

Main Duties and Responsibilities Develops and strengthens cyber resilience programs, exercises, and recovery capabilities to improve BSP readiness against cybersecurity incidents and disruptions Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Risk Management, Accountancy, or other related fields Experience: At least 7 years of relevant experience Training: At least 60 hours of relevant training/learning and development intervention taken within the last 5 years in any of the areas mentioned under areas of experience, and 8 hours of cybersecurity-related training for the last 2 years Eligibility: Career Service Professional / Second Level Eligibility Areas of Experience: Resilience planning : develops and tests cyber resilience, business continuity, and disaster recovery plans Preparedness and recovery : leads cyber exercises and validates recovery, backup, and restoration capabilities Crisis and risk management : develops crisis playbooks and conducts cyber risk and impact assessments Standards and improvement : aligns with recognized standards and drives continuous resilience improvement Certifications Any of the following certifications is an advantage: Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) Certified Information Systems Security Professional ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor Other risk compliance-related certifications
