Kitting/Decanting (Industrial Solutions) Location Hendersonville, NC This position will be based at the Borg. Warner Arden facility in Western North Carolina and will transition to a new facility in Hendersonville, NC.

Warner Industrial Solutions . This position will pack kits for production or shipping and prepare items for stocking, assembly or shipping.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble sets of parts based on work orders Accurately match SKUs Pack kits for production or shipping Perform light assembly work as needed Decanting: Open cartons and remove bulk products Sort items into bins or totes Scan items into inventory systems Prepare items for put away or picking Keep work area in orderly condition with respect to proper materials, tools, equipment, and personal belongings.

(Includes cleaning of equipment, floors, tables, etc.) Maintain quality standards by following proper inspection procedures. Understand and adhere to current health, safety, and environmental policies. Understand and adhere to current quality and control policies. Perform other duties as needed. What We’re Looking For Education /Experience Qualifications: High school diploma or GED Skills and Abilities: Ability to stand or walk for extended periods Ability to lift 30-50 lbs Strong attention to detail (critical for accuracy) Job Requirements: Experience with inbound receiving or unloading trucks is a plus.

Basic shop math required (decimals, addition, subtraction, fractions). Attendance on the job is essential. Must be able to work in a team environment. Willingness to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Must be able to follow instructions, safety rules and regulations.
