Position Summary

A Ticket Auditor is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and processing a ll tickets issued according to our company revenue policy .

Responsibilities

Examining all tickets issued by an organization to ensure accuracy and completeness. Verifying the validity of tickets and that they’ve been processed correctly. Ensuring ticketing processes and procedures are adhered to. Recording and tracking tickets issued during the shift. Communicating with supervisory or management roles to resolve ticketing issues.
