About the Job

The Manager, Business Analytics & Reporting, is a hands-on analytics leader responsible for Pacsun’s enterprise business reporting, dashboards, KPI development, and actionable business insights. Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Data & Analytics, the Manager leads a small reporting and analytics team and serves as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technology. The Manager combines deep Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy) expertise with strong retail business acumen, understanding how sales, inventory, cost, margin, and related measures work together to drive performance.
